PhotoWorks is a great photo printing service. The site offers a wider selection of products than most of its competitors. This is probably because it is a greeting card service, and includes original features such as photo communities, My Share web pages, and My Storefront personal stores. - Unlimited Storage Space for Photos
- 25 Free Prints Upon Sign Up
We found PhotoWorks to be very easy to navigate and we were so happy to see that we didn't have to part with our credit card information to register. The coupon for 25 free prints that we received upon sign up was just icing on the cake. The only downside to PhotoWorks is the cost of some of the products for sale. While photo prints are priced pretty competitively, the photo books and calendars may be out of some customers’ price ranges. Shipping and handling fees also add a bit of expense to any item bought from the site. That being said, however, we have to admit that PhotoWorks is top notch if you're looking for a place to upload photos for free and buy unique photo gifts. They receive 5.5 Stars!

Kodak Gallery

Kodak Gallery has both its advantages and disadvantages. The website has a clear and easy format and doesn’t require any up-front fees. The 20 free prints also helps you to try the site out before spending your own cash and because Kodak is a larger company, you know you're not dealing with a fly-by-night. The trade-off, however, is that the site feels a bit impersonal and homogenized. - Free Photo Storage for 12 Months
- 20 Free Prints Upon Sign Up
As for the services and features, its' everything you'd expect from Kodak. They offer a variety of standard items and many unique products that you'll be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. Add that to the fact that Kodak offers unlimited free storage space and it's not hard to see why the site is gaining a loyal following. The only downside to using Kodak Gallery is the fact that you have to make at least one purchase every 12 months if you want to retain access to the service. If, however, you find that you don't mind buying from the site once a year and you need some serious storage space, Kodak Gallery may be your best bet. Overall, we feel this site earns 5.0 Stars!

RitzPix is one of the easiest to use photo printing sites we’ve looked at. It offers a wide variety of storing and project creation features all in one location. The graphics are simple, clear, attractive and professional, making the site a pleasure to visit. You are not bogged down with excess information and everything is laid out clearly. - Pick Up Your Photos At Your Local Store
- 4 X 6 Prints Ready In an Hour or They’re Free!
The ability to create a wide variety of photo projects makes it a top choice and ordering is a snap. You simply order the item you’ve designed and either pick it up at your local store or have it mailed directly to your home. If you want something in a hurry RitzPix is the place to shop! The few cents more in price per print is not much of a deterrent if you love creating special projects with your photos. Especially if you're like many of us who want "instant gratification" and don't want to wait for the postal service to bring your photos to your front door. They receive 5.0 Stars from our team.

SmugMug is truly a unique photo website. We really appreciated the company's emphasis on quality and service. That's hard to find in today's day and age. We also had to give them kudos for their efforts toward reducing advertisements, spam, and hacking. - Attractive Album Formats
- 14-Day Free Trial
Unfortunately, SmugMug was not as cost-effective as some of the other photo websites. We couldn't find any free memberships or special deals (barring the 14-day free trial). Add that to the fact that their overall membership prices are more expensive than most and it appears that SmugMug might not be for those who are overly cost conscious. That being said, SmugMug is a great place for serious photographers to securely store and edit pictures. There are even Power and Professional memberships that offer extensive features for a higher fee. Many other sites don't offer this. If, however, you are simply looking for a place to upload pictures and order prints, SmugMug is probably not your best bet. They get 4.5 Stars!
